How do I shop if I make payment via the telephone, fax or post ?
Simply use the shopping basket facility as normal, but print off your final basket contents for reference.

Returns
Can I return faulty or damaged goods to you ?
All goods are carefully checked for any imperfections before dispatch. If, however, you find fault with any item you may return it to us for an exchange or full refund. You will need to dispatch it back to us within 14 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund of the goods.

Can I return something even if it is not faulty (perhaps if I changed my mind) ?
Yes, simply indicate the reason for return on your returns. You will need to dispatch it back to us within 14 days of receipt. We will then refund you the full price of the item providing that the goods are returned in their original packaging (with any hangers if applicable), have not been worn or soiled, and still have all of their labels intact.
